The artwork on this is INCREDIBLE! We had a small issue when our suitcase arrived - they were so responsive, kind and helpful in resolving it quickly. I wish I could give them more stars because their customer service is incredible, and the quality of the artwork is AWESOME! Will definitely order again!

Shipping took much longer than quoted. Seller was very responsive and helpful when I reached out. The images turned out amazing, however I would have ordered a size up as the '9-10' is more like a US 7-8
